The customer selects their preferred vehicle:

Company Purchase
Our company purchases the selected vehicle on behalf of the customer under a structured hire purchase arrangement.

Guarantor Requirement
The customer must provide a credible guarantor who agrees to stand as security for the transaction.

Legal Agreement
A qualified legal practitioner prepares a legally binding Hire Purchase Agreement outlining:
  • Total cost of the vehicle
  • Installment payment structure
  • Payment frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly)
  • Duration of the agreement
  • Default and recovery termsy
  • Rights and obligations of the company, customer, and guarantor

Contract Execution
The company, customer, and guarantor formally sign the agreement.

Drive & Pay
The customer takes possession of the vehicle and begins installment payments as agreed — with zero deposit required.

Completion of Payment
Upon full settlement of the agreed amount:

Transfer of Ownership
Legal ownership of the vehicle, including all relevant documents, is officially transferred to the customer.
